About

I’m Roméo. I architect AI projects, then I build or teach what works.

AI can build almost anything you can describe. A tool, an automation, a whole system, in minutes. So why is your business still running like it did last year? The hard part was never the code. AI writes the code now. The hard part is judgment: what to build, how to structure it, when to stop. That’s not coding. That’s architecture, and it’s exactly where most AI projects quietly die.

I’ve been building for 20 years. Systems where a bug costs real money: bank cards and the French national health card at Gemalto, trading platforms for a brokerage in Switzerland, e-commerce at scale where I led teams across France, offshore, and New York. The pattern never changed: the code was never the bottleneck. The foundation was.

Then I built my own products from scratch. Smoke-Defender, an anti-burglary smoke generator business with over 1,000 customers, sourcing, e-commerce, marketing and support, the full entrepreneur’s seat. And JePréviens, a free neighborhood-safety app I built solo, 30,000+ users, aired on national TV (TF1, M6). It’s why I understand what I’m asking a business owner to do.

Today I help businesses get real results from AI as their architect, advisor and trainer. It usually starts with an audit: I listen, I look at how you actually work, and I leave you with the highest-ROI moves for your business. From there it forks. You want your team to actually use the tools? I train them. You want a quick win? I build it. You want a full system? I architect it with you. I work with US clients, most notably Lean Marketing, where I built their AI-powered content generator and host their bi-weekly “Talk with an AI expert” sessions.

I build, then I teach what works. Because I only teach what I’ve actually shipped, the n8n flows, the Claude Code workflows, the agents running in production right now. No slides, no recycled decks.

Beyond AI, I’m an elected municipal councilor in my home village in Burgundy, France. I care about technology that actually helps real people, not buzzwords on a slide.
