Work
Real products, running in production.
What I've already built for companies that pay. Not demos, not slides. This is the proof behind the architecture.

JePréviens, 30,000 users
AIMobileCivic techMobile neighborhood-alert app with AI that automatically blurs faces and license plates. In active use by town halls, municipal police and gendarmerie. AI-assisted moderation, careful handling of sensitive content, GDPR baked in from day one. Runs in production, holds the load, with regular field deployments to public decision-makers. Aired on prime-time national TV (TF1, M6): 10,000 sign-ups in one minute.

Lean Intelligence, AI content for a US agency
AIContentSaaSAI content engine built for Lean Marketing (US). n8n plus multi-model (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) plus Supabase, custom orchestration. Five-month engagement, 200+ active users on the tool. Beyond the build, I co-host their bi-weekly 'Talk with an AI expert' series, a mixed format for leaders and operators. Proof you can ship an AI SaaS from rural France for a US client who pays in dollars.

Construction trade, AI mapping mobile app
MobileAIFieldField app for a construction craftsman who wanted out of Excel and paper on site. Job mapping, AI analysis of on-site photos, daily operational tracking of the crews. It removes a big chunk of the administrative back-and-forth and saves several hours a week on coordination. Built to work even with no signal, syncing later. The kind of product that doesn't exist off the shelf: it had to be built by hand, for this exact trade.

Rural guesthouse, AI bot for SEO
SEOAITourismAn AI bot dedicated to the organic search ranking of a rural guesthouse. Automatic generation of content optimized for local tourism queries, scheduled publishing, keyword position tracking. All of it hands-off day to day: the owner gets a monthly report and adjusts the editorial line if needed. A good example of AI that pays off for a very small player, where a classic SEO agency would cost ten times more for a less consistent result.

E-commerce, AI-run operations ↗
E-commerceOpsAISmoke-Defender: e-commerce store for anti-burglary smoke generators, 1,000+ customers. Beyond the storefront, the real value is the AI automations behind it: order processing, support, product-sheet generation, social posts in the brand's voice. The shop runs with minimal human load, which keeps the focus on manufacturing and service. A concrete case where AI isn't a gadget but the operational backbone.

Road carrier, business automations
TransportAutomationMobileMobile and web app for a regional French road carrier. Route planning, administrative automations (delivery slips, tracking, follow-ups), day-to-day operational optimization. The goal: cut the owner's mental load and smooth the drivers' work without bloating their phone. Run as a short workshop: map the need, validate a prototype in a few weeks, roll out to production gradually. The client prefers to stay discreet, so I don't name the tool here, but it's live and doing its job.
