The Kickstart Day · $990

One day on your own computer, with your own hands. By the evening, your project exists and you know how to keep it alive.

You have an idea. You believe in it. And you know neither which end to build it from, nor how to get it in front of people. There are too many tools, too many methods, too many videos, and no time to sort through them. I do that sorting every week, for my own projects and for my clients. In one day, we do it for yours.

By the end of the day, your tools are installed on your own computer, your first working piece runs, you know how to keep building it alone, and you have a plan to get known. Then 30 days of follow-up.

The 15 minutes are there to check the day is the right format for you. Then we lock the date.

Who it's for

You have an idea for an app, a website or a new business, and you don't know how to build it or how to get it in front of people. You're paying for this yourself.

It works the other way round too: you know how to build, but nobody knows what you've built. We then spend the day on how to sell it.

What you walk away with

  • Your tools installed and configured on your computer, with your own accounts
  • A first working piece, built with your hands
  • The ability to fix and grow your site or app on your own
  • Your visibility plan: the right channels, the right techniques, one action for tomorrow
  • A personalised PDF the next day
  • 30 days of questions over Telegram, answered within 24h

What it is not

A website started and left half-finished. A theory class about “AI”. A promise of results. You walk away with something that works and a plan you can follow alone. The rest is on you, and I'll tell you so.

Want the whole website, live and found?

The three-day program builds your complete site, puts it online and makes it findable. The day is not a shorter version of it: they're two formats for two situations.

How the day runs

One day, then one month.

No slides, no demo on my screen. I connect to yours, and you're the one doing it, start to finish. That's exactly what I did with my first trainee: by the evening everything was installed, her site was running, and she knew how to change it herself.

  1. 1. Hour 1

    We decide, in 30 minutes

Your idea, what you sell, to whom, and what's missing. Then I pick the tool with you: the right one for your project and for you, not the trendiest one. There are too many tools and too many videos to sort through alone. I do that sorting every week.

  2. 2. Morning

Everything gets installed, on your machine

I connect to your screen. We install the tools I use every day, configured for you, with your accounts and your credentials. Nothing stays on my side. You end up with a workstation that's ready, not a list of software to install someday.

  3. 3. Midday

We build it, with your hands

You type, I guide. A page, a form, a prototype, an automation: the first real piece of your project, live, on your machine. It still runs tonight, and you're the one who built it.

  4. 4. Early afternoon

You learn to take it further alone

We break something, we fix it. We add a page, change a text, publish it. By the end, fixing or growing your site or app doesn't scare you: you've already done it.

  5. 5. Late afternoon

    Your plan to get known

The channels that fit your project, not all of them. What works today, what it costs, what to learn next, and what returns nothing. What actually brought me clients: Reddit, local press, YouTube. One precise thing to do tomorrow.

  6. 6. The next day

    Your personalised PDF

The day is recorded for you. I turn it into your roadmap: the decisions we made, the tools installed, the links, the resources to watch, the steps for the next 30 days.

  7. 7. The next 30 days

    Telegram, answer within 24h

You move forward, you get stuck, you write to me. I answer within 24 business hours. It's included in the day.

  8. 8. After that, if you want

    A monthly follow-up

For those who want me to stay close by: a monthly subscription, a few tens of euros, cancel whenever you want. I give you the exact price during the 15 minutes.

Why me

Because I've done it, and I show the numbers.

A free app with 30,000 users that aired on prime-time national TV. An e-commerce business shipping to 35 countries. A logistics SaaS I co-founded, an app sold worldwide without a euro of advertising, an American agency I met on Reddit. And also: years of unpaid support, three hours of free consulting given to someone who never called back, online courses at that very price that nobody ever bought. It's all on the projects page, zeros included.

I'm not selling you a method to make $10,000 a month. I'm saving you the mistakes I paid for, and giving you the ground to start from. The rest is work, and it's yours.

Frequently asked

What people ask me before booking.

Why one day, and not three?
Because you're not there yet. The three-day program builds and publishes a complete website, for a business that has a training budget. The day is there to start in the right direction: decide, build a first working piece, know what to do next. If by the end of the day you need the three days, you'll know, and you'll know why.
I know how to build, it's selling I can't do. Is this for me?
Yes. Half the people who write to me are in exactly that spot: the product exists, nobody knows about it. We then spend less time on the tool and more on the plan to get you known: who to talk to, through which channel, with what, and what it costs. I've sold to town halls, to consumers, and to an American agency: three different ways, and I'll show you the one that matches your case.
What happens after the 30 days?
You're on your own feet, with your PDF and your first working piece. If you want me to stay close by, there's a monthly Telegram follow-up, a few tens of euros a month, no commitment. And if your project grows, we talk again, with no obligation.
Why $990?
It is the same figure as the online courses I recorded and that nobody ever bought. The price isn't what killed them, my absence is: a video doesn't answer your questions. This day is the opposite. Me, in front of you, on your project, and reachable for a month.
How does it work, concretely?
First a free 15 minutes, to check the day is the right format for you. If it is, we lock the date, you pay, and I send you three questions to prepare. On the day: 7 hours over video, screen shared, recorded for you. The next day, your PDF. Then 30 days of Telegram.
I'm not in France. Does that work?
Yes. The day is remote, screen shared, so it works from anywhere. We agree on a start time that leaves us seven working hours together across our time zones. Invoicing is in US dollars.

It starts with 15 minutes.

You tell me about your idea, I tell you honestly whether the day is the right format, or whether this isn't the moment. If it's a yes, we lock the date.
