Training

You walk away with something live. And the ability to keep going alone.

I don't train people on “AI” in general. I train on your project: your site, your clients, your tools. At the end it's online, it's yours, and you know how to keep it alive. And because a project moves, and usually needs a small update two months later, we keep a half-day for that.

The proven format

Your website and your visibility, with AI

3 days · including a half-day follow-up · One person or two · remote, or on-site in France

Who it's for

Freelancers, small businesses, coaches, consultants, trades: you have no website, or one nobody ever finds, and you don't want to depend on an agency any more.

What you walk away with

You leave with your site live, found on Google, and you know how to keep it alive yourself.

  • Your site, live, under your own name
  • Google search set up and running
  • A method to publish, fix and grow it alone
  • A half-day with me in reserve, for when you need it
  • Your accounts, your credentials: I own nothing

$2,700

Three days, including the half-day follow-up. Paid directly, invoiced in US dollars.

Program

  1. Day 1

    We build the site

With Claude Code, from your real business: pages, copy, images, contact form. You write with AI, you don't write code.

  2. Day 2

We put it live, for real

Domain name, hosting, DNS, email, and the actual bugs of a deployment. This is the step everyone skips, and it's why so many people end up with an invisible site.

  3. Day 3

    We make you findable

Google search, business listing, first ads, newsletter, video. You know what works, what it costs, and how to keep going without me.

  4. Later

    A half-day follow-up, within 3 months

Two and a half days back to back, then a half-day kept for when your project has moved on: the real questions show up afterwards. It's included in the three days.

How it's run and assessed

A 15-minute positioning call before we start, work on your real project throughout, an assessment at the end of the program through a hands-on exercise, and a certificate of completion. Email support for the 30 days that follow.

For teams, and for one-off questions

Two shorter doors, if a full program isn't what you need.

If you came here from the Talk with an AI expert show and just want an hour on your own situation, or a written plan for your business, those still exist, in dollars, paid at booking.

And if you have a real app project that goes beyond what you can do alone after the training, I build too. Business apps for a road carrier, a building contractor, a work-integration workshop, an American agency: several are delivered and running. The projects and their numbers are here.

Frequently asked

Straight answers, no spin.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. During the training you describe what you want to the AI and you check the result. My first trainee had never opened a code editor. What you do need: to know what you sell, and to whom.
Why three days, and not one?
Because the site itself gets built in a day and a half, and the people who stop there walk away with a site that isn't live and that nobody finds. The value is in days 2 and 3: actually going online, and being found. I measured it. I'm not going to sell you one day.
Remote, or in person?
Remote, screen shared, which is how it works for clients outside France. In person is possible anywhere in France, with travel costs on top.
What happens after the training?
The site, the accounts and the credentials are yours. You know how to publish, fix and grow it alone. And you still have a half-day with me, to take within 3 months, for when the real questions show up: it's included in the three days. If you want us to keep working together on something bigger, we talk about it, but it's never a requirement.
Can my company pay for it?
Yes, it's invoiced to your company, in US dollars. French businesses can often get it funded through their training fund, and we check that during the 15 minutes; outside France, that's simply a direct purchase.
Is it one-on-one?
One person, or two from the same business working on the same project. Beyond that it stops being training on your real project and becomes a class, which is exactly what I don't do.

Not sure which one fits?

Fifteen minutes is enough. You tell me about your business, I tell you honestly which format makes sense, or whether none does.
